Downtown Oceanside is highly walkable, allowing you to easily explore the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment on foot. Ride-share services are readily available, and the nearby Oceanside Transit Center provides convenient access to destinations throughout San Diego and Orange County via train and bus.

☆ Maximum Occupancy: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, with sleeping arrangements for 6 guests in beds (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds).

☆ Multi-Level Home: This home features multiple stories and does not have an elevator. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

☆ No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both inside and outside the home. No exceptions.

☆ Quiet Community: This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is intended for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a strict no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, disruptive behavior, parties, over-occupancy, and excessive drinking that disturbs neighbors. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

☆ Minimum Stay: This property is available for stays of 30 nights or longer, making it ideal for extended vacations, remote work, or temporary housing.

☆ Monthly Stays: This property is available exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer. Monthly rentals range from $4,900–$9,000 per month, depending on the season and length of stay.

☆ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.

☆ Professionally Managed: Stays of 30 nights or longer are professionally managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE #02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.

☆ Rental Agreement & ID: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking. A valid government-issued photo ID is also required by our insurance provider. Reservations may be cancelled if these requirements are not completed within the required timeframe.

☆ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip. Refunds or exceptions to the cancellation policy cannot be made for unforeseen travel interruptions.

☆ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Guest, and

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 75 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 75 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the property. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.

Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
