During the summer months, enjoy the free Pensacola Beach Trolley (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for easy access to all the area's attractions. Step out on the town and enjoy the shops and restaurants of Pensacola Beach. You can rent bikes, shop, jumpstart your morning with a coffee or relax with an evening cocktail while the kids enjoy an ice cream. Down the street you can visit Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and Boardwalk for some fishing, a bite to eat and shopping. Keep your eye to the sky to catch the Blue Angels practice sessions!

Relaxing Stay

We stayed for a week... loved the location... especially chose it because across street from Peg leg Pete's which is one of our faves. Also love Flounders.Decor is pretty and comfortable and view is Perfection!... great balcony.Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a nice stay here 2/23 - 3/1/25. This is a large 1 bedroom condo. Check in was easy, the place was clean, overall we were very happy. There was one problem, but it was quickly taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

We enjoyed our stay

The Gulf view was beautiful. We watched the sunset from the beach several nights. The condo was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. We ate at Peg Leg Pete’s a few times. So convenient to just walk across the street for dinner.

Quite getaway

This place was very clean and in great condition. The location on the beach, closer to the Fort Pickens area was very subdued and enjoyable without a lot of people on top of you. We will be going back and looking for this property or at least the management.

Great location, horrible mattress, sketchy elevators

Beautiful views and great location but mattress was horrible. Also, the elevators are pretty sketchy and the sliding door for the balcony was hard to open and close, didn’t want to get stuck out on the balcony.

The bed was comfortable but the bedroom was right by the AC unit in a closet. Very loud. Toilet intermittently running. Not enough hot water in shower.

Kitchen could use some upgrades..only 4 coffee mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses. The condo was very nice and the beds were comfortable! The patio is not at all private...all guests can see one another from one patio to the next. That was our biggest complaint.

Gate was never closed and I didn’t feel as safe. My unit was the only one without covered parking and I was not told in advance. Some type of animal was living in the ceiling running around and making strange noises throughout the night. First two nights I thought was adjacent tenants or above tenant but decided not so by last night was too late to report

Great location

Love the location of this property. The size of the condo is wonderful too. The property is beautiful & well maintained. Easy access to the beach & right across the street is a convenience store. The only critiques I have are 1. The countertop Ice Maker had not been cleaned in a while and had a pink slimy buildup inside. We didn’t use it 2. The sheets were rough 3. For the price having more TP/PT & trash bags would have been nice (it does say on the listing exactly how many of each is provided) 4. Having some general cleaning supplies would be helpful (glass cleaner, & all purpose clearer would be helpful) 5. Having a few throws or blankets would also be nice Our overall stay was wonderful and we would recommend this condo.
