Located in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club complex, this cozy, pet-friendly condo is your perfect mountain escape. The open-concept living area features a gas fireplace, smart TV, and queen sleeper sofa, with large sliding doors opening to a private balcony boasting stunning mountain views.



The kitchen is fully stocked with white appliances, stone countertops, and breakfast bar seating for three. The adjacent dining table seats six, making it ideal for meals or game nights.



Both bedrooms offer en-suite baths, smart TVs, and ample sleeping space—perfect for families or groups. After a day on the mountain, enjoy access to shared amenities like an indoor hot tub, dry sauna, game room, and seasonal pool. With nearly ski-in/ski-out access via the Ski Back Trail, this home makes your Mammoth getaway easy, comfortable, and memorable.

Things to Note:

- Garage parking available for 1 vehicle. For additional cars, obtain a parking pass from the Mammoth Ski & Racquet office. The garage has a 7ft clearance and the door is not automatic you must manually lift it from the bottom center.

- Coin operated laundry is available in the building.

- Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

- This unit requires use of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

- The Ski Back Trail offers almost ski-in/ski-out access for experienced skiers; uphill walking is required and conditions vary based on snow.

- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
