Sea Salt & Lime has everything you want & much more… a beach-front townhouse, sleeps 10, 3 bedrooms (2 of these are King suites), 3.5 baths, space for everyone, new game room, Wi-Fi, smart TVs throughout, Gulf views from 3 levels, literally just steps to the beach. (March - Oct, you get 2 beach chairs & an umbrella setup.) We’re in a quiet, low-density section of Miramar Beach. No huge beach crowds here! Plus, we’re conveniently located near… restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, the Dolphin Reef, a winery & golf courses.

From the parking lot, you’ll enter the 2nd floor main level. The gorgeous unobstructed view of the Emerald Coast will stop you in your tracks! But wait, there’s more… You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen which includes dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, utensils, 2 coffee pots (drip & Keurig) & coffee for both, griddle, crock pot, blender, basic spices & sweeteners, and cleaning supplies. Next is the dining area with custom-built bench seating, solid wood table, and a unique coastal glass light fixture. Then there’s the newly decorated living room with a queen sleeper sofa featuring an 8.5” Cozy Sleep system innerspring mattress, 2 accent chairs, a smart TV, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. We’ve even provided a desk and 2 chairs if you need to do a little work. This level also features a half bath. Finally, a sliding glass door leads out to a covered balcony with a bar & stools where guests can enjoy drinks and a meal.

The 3rd floor is all about comfort and convenience. There you’ll find two king suites. In each bedroom you will find high quality bedding, 4 pillows, a dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps, a smart TV, and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, ample counter & cabinet space, a hairdryer, quality toilet paper, and plenty of plush towels. All our showers come stocked with full-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The primary suite has direct access to a 3rd floor balcony with 4 rocking chairs and 2 side tables. And the best part is there’s a mini coffee bar in the primary suite! You don’t have to leave your sanctuary to enjoy coffee and the sunrise. Between the 2 suites you’ll find the laundry area with a large capacity washer and dryer. We’ll provide the laundry pods.

The 1st floor of this townhouse features a separate lockout suite loaded with fun things to do in the evenings or on cold & rainy days. This floor is what sets us apart from the rest! The front room features a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, dishes, glasses, flatware, Keurig, coffee pods & sweeteners. In this room, you will also find a smart TV and comfortable king and twin over twin bunk beds with high-quality bedding and extra pillows. The backroom was recently converted into an impressive arcade game room featuring a fun, hand painted ocean wave mural, 2 arcade games, a poker table, games for the whole family, a smart TV and 2 comfortable leather accent chairs. This floor also features a full bath with a tub/shower combo, hairdryer, quality toilet paper, plenty of plush towels, and full-size shampoo/conditioner & body wash. This is the perfect fun spot for a family or group of well-behaved teens. And, if all that wasn’t enough, this lower level also has a covered deck with a table & 4 chairs, bench seating, an outdoor shower, and a storage area with miscellaneous beach chairs and equipment. Finally, access to our uncrowded beach is just a few steps along our boardwalk.
