The house was the perfect location for us and it was immaculately clean and very well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and ac worked perfectly. The host was very quick to respond except for a message that somehow didn’t get through to her until we had already left. She contacted VRBO immediately to let them know about it. We will be staying there again if they have openings available for our next visit.

This was an absolutely lovely property to stay at. It was clean, pet friendly, easy to find, easy to get to other places from this location and very well equipped. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this by far had the nicest kitchen equipment. The house is beautifully decorated with an artistic flare. It was calm and peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. I will come here when I come back to Decatur.

My wife and I stayed for the entire month of September and I could not have asked for a better experience at this price point. Our hostess put in a lot of thought into ensuring the house was well equipped with anything one could need or want. She was incredibly hospitable and communicative to ensure we were up to date on upcoming events and her guidebook was really helpful in planning an itinerary. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet with minimal thru traffic. Outside of the neighborhood, there is ample sidewalks to move around as you see fit. Granted, the immediate area is still in the early phases of revitalization, we were comfortable to walk around in the day and also within a 10 to 15 minute drive of shopping, entertainment, and areas of interest. Downtown Decatur (my wife's favorite) was incredibly beautiful and full of interesting things to do & see. It is also centered on a MARTA station, and being from DC, there was no issue getting around town to do all of the touristy things while avoiding traffic. 10/10 I would absolutely stay again. Natoya has done an incredible job!

Natoya is a great host and the property is immaculate , comfortable, and has all you could need. Even a big back yard and per amenities (food bowls, toys, etc . We didn’t bring our dog, but I thought it was a nice touch.Personal favorite of mine was that next to each bed was an outlet to charge every kind of phone. Some places it’s so hard to find an outlet near the bed! Natoya was quick to respond to any questions and pleasant to work with.
Little welcome snack 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Natoya's home! The space was beautiful, clean, and well-furnished, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (we love to cook when we travel!). There were lots of little touches that showed our host's hospitality (i.e., tea, coffee, snacks, etc.), and Natoya checked in several times to make sure all was well, which was also very kind! Our kiddo especially loved the Nintendo Entertainment System console (the kind with a library of digital games--in case your kids want to know) and TV room.Property was as described, and we appreciated how easy it was to get to downtown Decatur, as well as to Emory University, where our kiddo was in a camp. We've stayed closer to Emory before for camps there, but we were surprised to find traffic patterns were much more manageable from this location! We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to others visiting the area!

Really nice spot! Had a four night stay and felt right at home. My wife, mom, and daughter didn't want to leave. Great for smaller families but plenty of room to squeeze in a couple more. Nataya had plenty of other things to do around the house including games and books that helped fill the time (If you love video games and want some Nostalgia, play the Nintendo emulator!!! We did, a lot!) Plenty of cooking amenities including a griddle that we used a lot lol. Just a genuinely nice place to stay for a few days.10/10 Would definitely definitely book again!
