The Space:

Welcome to Memorial Row! Your Colorado Springs retreat where classic charm meets modern comfort. This multi-level property is thoughtfully designed with cozy details, inviting décor, and a layout made for relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of warmth and style.

The open-concept living area offers a comfortable space to relax with plush leather seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. Just beyond, the dining area provides a warm place to gather for meals, games, or conversation, complete with a built-in shelf stocked with books and board games. It’s a welcoming space that encourages connection and feels like home the moment you arrive.

The fully stocked kitchen is designed for both style and convenience, featuring stainless steel appliances, modern gray cabinetry, and sleek open shelving. Guests can enjoy a complimentary coffee station with pods and a drip option, as well as a full spice rack and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
