Life Bucerías: Modern Studio Near the Beach

Located in the heart of Bucerías’ Golden Zone, this studio blends comfort and convenience by the sea. Just one block from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops, it’s the perfect starting point to enjoy the relaxed yet vibrant vibe of Nayarit’s coast.



The Space:

The studio is designed for a practical and cozy stay. It features a king-size bed, a kitchenette equipped with basic utensils, a coffee maker, and a private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. A sofa, a closet, and a well-appointed bathroom add to the comfort. For beach days, two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all Life Bucerías amenities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and inviting common areas. The building offers a modern, secure environment to unwind just steps away from the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Life Bucerías is set in the Golden Zone, one of the town’s most charming areas. Cobblestone streets and a bohemian atmosphere meet art galleries, cafés, lively bars, and fresh seafood restaurants. The beach, only a block away, is perfect for strolling, swimming, or watching spectacular sunsets over the Pacific.



Getting Around:

Its excelent location makes it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach on foot. To discover more of Banderas Bay or visit nearby spots like Nuevo Vallarta and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, local taxis and ride-share apps are convenient options.



Other Things to Note:

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 14 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning, with a cost iof $750 MXN. The guest must provide the cleaning products.

We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. After 10 p.m., loud music is not permitted, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not permitted. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., there is a $500 charge. We do not check in after 11 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m.

No pets allowed

Please follow the pool & hot tub rules and regulations of the condominium.

Visitors are not permitted.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.

You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
