CO9. (House) Denver Fun!

Summary:
This is the perfect house for your family! 5 bedrooms, a theatre room for everyone to enjoy, game room that will keep you entertained for hours & the best part after a long day of exploring the Mile High City a hot tub for you to relax in! We also have a huge backyard to BBQ & sit around the firepit, play a game of horse shoes, or yardzee! Just 10 min. from Downtown Denver, 20 min. from the airport & 20 min. from our BEAUTIFUL mountains.
11 guest if your family is larger up to 14 people allowed

The Space:
Who doesn't want to play where they stay? In our game room we have many fun games from Mortal Kombat(2️⃣ player arcade game,) foosball, 2️⃣ player basketball 🏀, to poker! You can also snap your photos in front of our hand painted wall of D-Town. Plus a Cozy work area with a desk, super fast wifi, also an Ethernet connection if needed. The city view from the top of the street is one of my favorite views! Our Oversized driveway and off street free parking make parking plentiful.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home besides the locked supply closets.

Other Things to Note:
*VERY IMPORTANT Hot Tub* make sure you do not get mud or anything in the water! Please rinse off before entering. If we have
to change the water after your stay( because your party did not rinse off and/or follow the rules) there will be a $250 fee!!! Pictures are taken before and after all guest!

When you book you are asked how many guest will be with you. Please let us know if you will be having extra guest at the house.
