Looking for a place to unwind? Welcome to this gorgeous, modern, 3-bedroom home that sleeps six and offers a private office space with a desk, a large monitor, and a printer.

Nestled in Maricopa, this beautiful house offers three bedrooms - two with king beds and one with a queen bed. The upper level has a second living room "loft" with a large TV, which provides another place to relax and unwind or watch a movie.

The open-concept kitchen provides a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and grill area. Guests can relax in comfort.

Also included is a FREE 50-amp EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50), so bring your electric car and cable.

The private backyard pool area is the best feature and is truly a showstopper, offering a 5-foot deep, heated (with fee) saltwater pool, covered patio & shaded seating, pergola with outdoor TV with sound bar, as well as a propane gas grill for entertaining. Pool heat is available for $40/day.

A beautiful home, Gorgeous POOL, family friendly, home very well, maintained and clean, close shopping centers, easy communication with host most definitely recommend this for anyone will stay here again.

I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting maricopa! The area is quiet and peaceful, and the property was immaculate and cozy Peter and Ann are incredible hosts who truly care about their guests' experience. Communication was easy, the space was lovely and well-maintained, and the hospitality was top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I have stayed at over 10 VRBO's in the last few years and this one was the best by far! Back yard is absolutely incredible! We stayed 3 nights and I wish we could have spent more time at this home relaxing and enjoying all of the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. We will be back for sure!!

We liked the small-town "feel" while also being close to the greater Phoenix area. It's also en route to Tucson, making it an excellent location between the two metropolitan areas. More importantly, we were drawn to the house itself, which we really loved.

The backyard pool is the most unique. The pool and travertine are beautiful. The patio provides ample space to host friends and family. The space is quiet, private, and has a secluded feel.
