Spacious and quiet 2-bedroom casita with view in Fountain Hills

This property is has recently been set up for short term rentals, but, in the past, we owned and rented out3 condos on the beaches of Puerto Penasco, Mx. (having said this, we are very experienced in meeting the preferred needs and desires of those using VRBO) We've sold all of our properties in Mexico. We've traveled all over the world and enjoyed meeting people from different parts of the world. I play pickleball at least 5 times per week for hours, and I'm a proud owner having restored a 1957 which took over 4 years to do. My wife is Mexican and loves to prepare unbelievable mexican food dishes. She's very involved in natural care using what plants and herbs she learned about from her previous generations.

You will get to hear and see what I most enjoy about the neighborhood. It's very quiet, and the views are wonderful. Sit out on the patio and enjoy the quiet time. Also, this location is within 2 blocks of 3 restaurants that you can walk too.

Having traveled a lot and renting VRBO properties, we developed a really good education about what made our stays comfortable and enjoyable. We've added the amenities to make our casita feel like a home.
