We got tv secured parking and it was close to the hospital where I was having surgery. Pretty cute and close to a lot of downtown areas too. I would stay again.

Very clean unit and quiet complex. Was perfectly located for us while our daughter was checking out Gonzaga Univ. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

This 2 bedroom condo was in like new condition and spotlessly clean. Very handy location near the downtown attractions and restaurants. Very secure including parking in gated lot. The beds were new with memory foam for a very comfortable nights sleep. Quiet. I’m

The apartment was nice but the neighbor was a little rough. We were very frustrated with the kitchen. All the plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses were plastic. We also had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival. Kitchen was very sparse, we had to go buy a cheese grader and a can opener. Also, the dining room table only had 3 chairs for us 4 adults.

We were doing college tours in the Spokane area. This place was a great fit, so the 3 of us weren't crammed into a hotel room. The desk in the back bedroom was perfect for my son to set up his computer for school work. Close to the freeway for easy access, but not noisy. If my son chooses a college in Spokane, we'd definitely stay there again!

Pros: Very nice unit and building, generally comfortable, check in was easy, gated parking and brita filter provided was nice. Pans and stove for cooking worked well.Cons: Unit was entered multiple times with no heads up or clarity with things left that I had to clean up. Strange smell in one of the bedrooms, seemingly to come on and off, possibly related to plumbing. Strange BO-like smell in the couch. Second bedroom had no issues. Only scratched up plastic plates and bowls available which are not as microwave or dishwasher safe.

The property was not well stocked. Bare minimum on dishes, cups/glasses, silverware, so constantly hand washing. Ran out of toilet paper, no tissues or napkins The bed was so hard i had to sleep on the sofa all week. No place to put luggage or store clothes other than the second bedroom.
