• It is a violation of Los Angeles County Law to smoke anywhere on the property, due to high fire severity zoning.
• Cigarettes thrown outside, or Cigarette or vape smell in the home on check out, will incur a Penalty Fee.
==Septic System==
• The property has a septic system. Flushing anything other than toilet paper will likely damage the system, making the unit unusable and incurring very costly repairs.
• Guests found to have broken this house rule will be charged for the cost of repair.
==Cleaning Procedures==
• Please keep the home sanitary: Please do not leave used dishes unwashed for long periods, trash on the floor, sugary foods left out on the counters, etc) in order to prevent pests or damage.
• The cleaning fee covers 2 hours of regular cleaning for our maids (which is how long it takes to sanitize all surfaces such as those in the kitchen and bathroom, washing and changing the linens on the beds, sweeping, vacuuming, throwing out trash, etc.)
==Gatherings or Parties==
Please do not book if you plan on having a party. If you are dishonest about the nature of your intended use, we will know and you will be asked to leave.
• Parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property or inside the home.
• We have outdoor cameras on the property that will alert us to parties, excessive noise, undisclosed visitors, etc.
• We may drive by the property to make sure that no parties are being thrown.
==Photoshoots or Video Shoots==
• Photoshoots must be approved beforehand, and the property will be rented at a different rate.
• The exact number of people who will be on the property must be disclosed beforehand, including those who will not be sleeping over.
• Pornographic or nude video/photo shoots are prohibited at this property.
==Security System==
The property is equipped with an outdoor security system.

Renter / Guest (`Renter`), as a material part of the consideration to 14818 Round Valley, LLC (`Provider`) hereby assumes all risk of damage to Renter`s Personal Property, injury to persons, in, upon or about the property located at 14818 Round Valley, Sherman Oaks (`Premises`) and/or the Property from any cause (except for damage or injury caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Provider and/or Provider`s Employees) and Renter hereby waives all such claims against Provider.
Renter has been informed that there are dangerous conditions at the property including but not limited to loose steps, steep elevations without handrails, defects and unevenness of walkways and Renter assumes 100% responsibility of any injury to Renter or to anyone who was present at the premises at the invitation of the Renter. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless of any claim for damages or injury as result of Renter`s occupation and use of the Premises.
