The large deck and screened porch provide spectacular vistas whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. Let the salty ocean breeze drift over you as you dine on your catch of the day (elegantly prepared in the beautiful full kitchen).

What’s nearby:
You're just a few steps from amazing Folly Beach featuring lots of festivals and events like the Sea and Sand Festival, Folly Gras, the FollyPalooza music festival, and the Folly Beach Jazz Festival, so you'll never be without something amazing to check out. Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve is just 1 mile away, and a small donation will grant you access to visiting stoic Morris Island Lighthouse with lots of history and ridiculously cool views. Local shops, restaurants, and Folly Pier are just a short 3-mile drive or bike ride from this beautiful home. We loved our stay at the editor's view. I went to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the screened in porch provided shade when we needed it, and the deck right on the beach was an incredibly place to watch the sunrise, watch dolphins play, and generally relax. We really enjoyed the home!

Fantastc property located right on the beach. Far enough from downtown beach to enjoy a bit of serenity, but close enough to enjoy in the action.

Great family beach week

Amazing location and beach access. Clean property with great, open layout. Finishes and decorations are dated, but an awesome place to stay with our 3 young kids for spring break.

Folly Beach

A beautiful home, steps from the beach! We drank our coffee on the screened in deck and watched the sunrise. We watched the beautiful waves and people surfing. You will enjoy this place very much, thanks for allowing people to experience it!

Great stay!

My family rented this property - 6 adults - and it was perfect for us! The house is spacious the porches are a dream and the home is a few miles away from down town folley so the beach was very empty and clean! We all loved it and would go back another time!!!

Wonderful place, right on the beach

Very nice accommodations, and perfect for our family. Well stocked, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Screened porch and open deck facing the ocean were perfect for watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Would definitely book again!

Mini Vacay

Very comfortable house with charming pine flooring and nautical touches. This property has direct beach access and stunning views! The kitchen is well stocked as is emergency and maintenance supplies. There were carpenter ants coming out of the over the sink light and RAID was available to take care of the issue. The mattresses are comfortable and keeping the doors open at night made for perfect sleep! Nothing like crashing waves to quiet the spirit. Recommend this house if rockers on a HUGE porch is your cup of tea… or coffee.

Great stay

The house was clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. The beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable, but they weren't terrible. The location is perfect. All in all, a great stay.

Folly Beach house

Had the best vacation ever with my two kids. We loved the location of the home on the ocean. Surfed and body surfed every day we were there rain or shine. Walked around downtown Folly Beach and shopped til we dropped on KINGS ST in Charleston. Excellent location!
