The large deck and screened porch provide spectacular vistas whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. Let the salty ocean breeze drift over you as you dine on your catch of the day (elegantly prepared in the beautiful full kitchen).



What’s nearby:

You're just a few steps from amazing Folly Beach featuring lots of festivals and events like the Sea and Sand Festival, Folly Gras, the FollyPalooza music festival, and the Folly Beach Jazz Festival, so you'll never be without something amazing to check out. Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve is just 1 mile away, and a small donation will grant you access to visiting stoic Morris Island Lighthouse with lots of history and ridiculously cool views. Local shops, restaurants, and Folly Pier are just a short 3-mile drive or bike ride from this beautiful home. Location of the property provides a quiet setting with easy direct access to the beach from the home's deck / screened porch. Large spacious open kitchen and family room are a plus. Quiet location away from the restaurants but close enough to use rented golf cart.

We had a great time at Editors View!The view was awsome, right on the beach..The house was roomy and clean..We loved the screened in porch!!The only issue we had was our code to the front door didnt work upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of..Thanks

Overall the location was incredible. Loved that it was right on the beach and we enjoyed our trip overall. We were able to fish and we had plenty of beach to ourselves and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. We did have difficulty getting into the property at check in when the PIN code didn’t work. We were later given a key but told someone would come by to fix the door code and no one did, so 8 people had to use a single key the whole week. We also asked for a vacuum to assist in cleaning up sand and we had small kids who constantly make messes and we really wanted to clean up since we were there for a week, but there was none on the property and we were told they would get someone to bring one. Never did. When communicating through the app, it very much appeared the replies were AI generated. When we expressed that concern, the response stated “we understand your request to speak with a live person and we will arrange this.” That did not happen. Otherwise the place was great and we really had a good time. Definitely, needs new boards on the deck. Several are loose and have nails exposed.

We loved our stay at the editor's view. I went to celebrate my birthday with a few friends and it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the screened in porch provided shade when we needed it, and the deck right on the beach was an incredibly place to watch the sunrise, watch dolphins play, and generally relax. We really enjoyed the home!

Amazing location and beach access. Clean property with great, open layout. Finishes and decorations are dated, but an awesome place to stay with our 3 young kids for spring break.

Great stay!

My family rented this property - 6 adults - and it was perfect for us! The house is spacious the porches are a dream and the home is a few miles away from down town folley so the beach was very empty and clean! We all loved it and would go back another time!!!

Wonderful place, right on the beach

Very nice accommodations, and perfect for our family. Well stocked, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Screened porch and open deck facing the ocean were perfect for watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Would definitely book again!

Great stay

The house was clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels provided. The beds and pillows could have been a little more comfortable, but they weren't terrible. The location is perfect. All in all, a great stay.
