Lots of natural light and expansive ocean views will welcome you as you enter the main living area of this home. The huge deck and easy beach access will make for a great day in the sun. Afterward, you can unwind in the jetted tub and enjoy the libations of the wet bar.



What’s nearby:

This home is less than one mile from Center Street, the main hub of Folly Beach. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of dining options, unique shops, water sport rentals, and more. Take a stroll on the Folly Beach Pier (also less than a mile away) and enjoy watching fishermen reel in their catch of the day. Great for couples.

Having 4 bedrooms with baths attached was amazing. Also the half bath was very convenient. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was the best. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely and spacious home to spend a weekend. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and enjoy the comforts of home. I will certainly rent this home again in the future.

Perfect family place

Great location. On the beach close to downtown but not too close. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Private family rooms with a comfy central livingroom/kitchen!

2nd time staying!

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Overall it was a good stay. The location is beautiful and so convenient. There were a couple areas where things had been broken, like in one of the bathrooms, but that didn’t detract from our stay. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach House

Summertime is a roomy beach house with great views of the ocean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Plenty of room for meals and hanging out as a family. Convenient location and short walk to restaurants etc.

So Amazing!

It’s the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars on Folly. The common space was massive as well as the kitchen. We loved it.

As Advertised..........great views and floor plan

Really nice property in a convenient location.......great views! Layout of the home is awesome....ideal for multiple groups. Some minor deferred maintenance in a few areas but nothing that stopped us from having a great time!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach house went beyond our expectations with a beautiful view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The layout was excellent for family time with lots of extras including a gathering room and sitting nooks for quiet time. It was obvious the property has been updated.
