The view is beautiful for sure. The pool is small but still a pool. The apartment was clean and set up nicely, with charging ports next to the bed, a cute patio table and a perfect placed dinning table. The kitchen has a stove, toaster oven and kuerig. Bedroom is a seprate space making it really homey. Balcony is small but priceless. Shower was my only issue. Small shower head and bathtub had draining issues, easily fixed. Over all a great place and would stay there again.

10 day vaca

Overall pretty good. Location fabulous. Condo small. Bed good couch terrible. Provisions great. Just got a damage report and now upset. Sending me pictures of things that were already damaged hen I arrived. Dirty towels and sheet. I’d not think I had to wash before I left. A couch that belongs in goodwill they say has stains. It does not have anything I put there. Was a good trip till that

Great Experience

Price point was just a little high for us but overall an enjoyable experience. Recommend a base price of $125-$150 plus fees per night — nightly year round, to keep the unit filled. Recommend host getting some coffee for the Keurig for guests (3 or 4 inserts) and stock it or supply a regular coffee machine. Pool was warm and nice. Small pets welcome. Beach was great. The unit is about 550 square feet. Nice for a couple, but a little tight for additional persons beyond two.

Great place, great spot!

We had an amazing time staying here! The view was spectacular! A small cozy place that had everything we needed! Right on the beach, not to much to walk with a baby! Thank you so much! We even got to meet other guests and everyone was genuine and nice!

Amazing Views

Cute condo right on the ocean. Place could use a little TLC but you can't beat the view. Beach towels would have been nice but otherwise everything is there.

Property very much needs an update, like immediatly.... Cabinets chewed up at the bottom, things coming apart, I could go on....The parking was horrible, they said to have your parking pass in the window, NO other cars did, so Im sure some of the people had more than the allotted one.....Fridge and freezer were open when we arrived so the floor was all wet......The batteries in the door lock were bad and it took24 hours for someone to replace them......Vacasa has very POOR customer service, the place had construction going on and that wasn't listed when I made the reservation......Won't do a Vacasa property again!

Very close to the beach but not much else around

The unit was just a few steps to the beach, which was perfect for our young family. The railing on the balcony was not attached on one side so we really had to be cautious when our 2 year old was out there with us. Overall the property is dated but the bed was comfy, the unit was clean, and it was less expensive than other places. It would have been nice to have an oven and for the dresser drawer handles to work. There aren’t many non-beach activities close by so if you’re going with young children and the weather is bad, good luck!

Great location, Great beach that was not crowded. MINOR negative : The "RED TIDE" was still present in this portion of the Gulf.

Worst rental ever!

When we paid in full in December we were told construction would be over in December. Then it was January. When we arrived 1/28 jackhammers and scaffolding from 7am to 6 pm Monday-Saturday. Vacasa wouldn't answer the phone. Condo looked like it had last been renovated in late 70's. No effort from vacasa to make this right. All our other rentals have exceeded expectations until now. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Best Location Ever!

This amazing little condo has the best location I have ever seen. Great for anyone, even if you need a handicap location there is a ramp and elevator. The owner was so accommodating with the fact we didn't have email service access and relayed all the information via texting. We really appreciated that a lot. Loved the large windows to look right out into the Gulf of Mexico with Beautiful sunsets! We will stay here again and will recommend anyone else to stay as well.

July 4th Week at the Beach

The property is nicely located and oriented towards sunsets nicely. The unit itself is very, very small, very old, and not in very good condition. The local management company onsite is outstanding, however I cannot say the same thing for the hosting company, they were impossible to get in touch with. I left countless online messages for the host, including the fact that we couldn't get the lock to work, the unit smelled like vomit, and the A/C went completely out for nearly 6 hours (in 94 degree heat with 100% humidity). Once again, we never actually got in touch with the host, we had to walk down and find the local maintenance guy (provided it was M-F 9am-5pm), otherwise there is no way to contact the host. We literally spent a total of about 2 days out of our 15 day schedule dealing with issues at the unit, including the long day where we couldn't even be in the unit due to the A/C not working and it being too hot. No offer of refunds, credits......

Great location and amenities, but property is under construction

This is a great quiet spot to stay with tons of beach supplies and a great view and beachfront. The only exception was the property has a lot of construction going on. There was a lot of noise as a result. You could not enjoy the pool area during construction hours. The workers were smoking, cursing, and of course making loud noises working. While I don’t tend to care normally, it’s different when I’m on vacation with a small child. The construction couldn’t be heard from the beach so we stayed there most of the time. It would have been good to be notified prior to booking that the building is under construction.

Great condo!

Small but has it all!! Super clean and neat. We were so close to the beach. Saw two dolphins swim by and lots of beach birds. View of the moon from the patio was awesome one night. Would stay here again next visit!
