Summary:
Royal Orleans

The Space:
This first-floor condo has French doors that open up to a New Orleans-themed paved courtyard with a heated pool just steps away. The property also has a shared, community grill in the courtyard for afternoon cookouts. Crosswalk-assisted beach access is located to the left of the condo complex. Redington Beach Town Park is also located right next door to the condo complex. Park facilities include a basketball court, soccer field, shuffleboard, and picnic tables. Every half-hour, you can hop on the trolley and take it to take you all the way up to Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks Beach, or down to Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and St. Pete. World-famous John's Pass is located just a couple of minutes down the road. Lots of restaurants and attractions are located nearby along Gulf Boulevard.

The condo comes well-appointed for home comfort, with features including a flat-screen TV in the open-concept kitchen/living room area as well as another one in the bedroom. Free WiFi is also equipped for added convenience. A coin-operated washer/dryer is available on-site.

Excellent 1 bedroom condo, grounds, pool and beach access were great

Property was in good condition, just some minor items, we had to clean the clothes dryer before a fire, it was so clogged with lint, couple of electrical outlets didn't work, only 2 spoons in the drawer and 2 regular sized forks, like i said just some small issues.

Redington Beach

Very nice place. Perfect for two. Clean and well stocked. Pool right outside. Beach across the street. Property Manager helped with minor issues very quickly. Keypad entry was a little finicky once in a while and would have been nice to have clarification in the room where beach access was, although I later saw it was in the write-up online. We were told we didn’t need a parking pass but all other vehicles had one. Someone from complex suggested we just hand write something. A laminated pass to place in window would be helpful. Overall, excellent stay. Listed issues were minor. Thank you.

Wonderful getaway

In a beautiful location across from the beach, it was quiet, clean and so comfortable. Management group was responsive and kind. I would definitely stay there again I truly enjoyed my stay.

Got The Run Around

Unit is cared for by Vacasa. I reached out to them 4 times for help.... which never came. There was an issue with the touch pad lock which made entry difficult every time we entered, and the refrigerator/ freezer didn't work at all. I've asked for compensation, but all I got were different stories. We ended up leaving our holiday vacation early. Help never came from Vacasa
