The Space:

This snowbird-friendly retreat offers a relaxed coastal vibe and a private, enclosed yard that is perfect for unwinding with family and friends. Enjoy outdoor dining on the furnished porch, lounge in the hammock on lazy afternoons, or fire up the shared gas grill for an easy evening cookout.



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable, air-conditioned space designed for easy living. The home features a well-equipped full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for meals or game nights, and a cozy living area with a smart TV offering cable and streaming capabilities.



One of the best parts of this location is how close you are to local favorites. Caddy’s is within walking distance for beachfront dining, drinks, and live music, and you’ll also be close to other popular Treasure Island and John’s Pass spots for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

    The entire place was extremely clean, the host was very well at communications both prior to check-in and after check-out. They addressed any concerns well ahead of time leading to a seamless check-in and perfect time staying here. This is my second time staying here and absolutely will again.

    Quiet beach cottage

    Love this place. This was our 2nd stay here. Private 1/1 cottage, shared court yard area. Has a small patio on each cottage. 2 minute walk to beachside. Located right behind a 7-11, great for late night snacks and drinks. Simple parking for one car near each cottage. No randoms walking through property or yard. Shower is small but does the job. Full kitchen. Housekeeping ensures the home is clean and smelling fresh

    We stayed here with our young child and it was the perfect size for the three of us! So close to the beach, parking right behind the unit with a fenced in yard which allowed our child to play outside safely. The outside seating was perfect for bringing dinner back to eat. The unit was very clean upon arrival and had the basic necessities stocked. Laundry available on site. Air conditioning worked well. Also within walking distance to other stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

    Great little spot for a quick getaway. Convenient to restaurants and other areas surrounding Treasure Island, you have two entry points either way you walk across the street. Great communication with the management/host. Easy access and easy to find. Would definitely recommend. PS. Make sure to stroll out the back gate and visit the Taco Bus for a late night snack.
