Relax

Great Fl location, just a couple of blocks from the beach. Excellent view, relaxing. Water park nearby was a great option, we did not go but it was great to have it there, we preferred the beach. Plenty of places to eat around. Thank you!

Fun waterpark resort

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The view from the deck, which overlooks the intercoastal area, was wonderful. We appreciated receiving 4 waterpark passes as we are a family of 5 so we only needed to purchase 1 additional pass per day. Although there are some great aspects of this condo, it could use a little refresh. For instance, the pillows are getting flat and not as comfortable as they probably once were. The bedding overall could use a refresh to increase the comfort of the beds. Also, the dishwasher and laundry unit could be updated or fixed. The dishwasher door was difficult to close and slightly dirty. The dryer down on the dishwasher unit would swing open and would hit me in the head when moving the laundry to the dryer. It would also be helpful to have a few more restock items while guests are there. We had only 1 trash bag for the kitchen, which went quickly with our family of 5 using the unit. There were 3 laundry pods which was helpful to start with, but with us being asked to start towels before we vacated the property, it only left us 2 for our personal belongings. We had to end up purchasing more, which we left for the next guests. Overall, we had an excellent time on this vacation, but the unit could just use a little refresh sometime in the near future.

Great unit and location

Great place to stay for walking distance to beautiful and low key Indian Rocks Beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and only 4 min drive to Publix. Water park right next door. Spectacular view from the 8th floor balcony.

Great location but could use a little freshening up

Deck and railings had a bunch of bird poop and the windows were very dirty- beds very uncomfortable

Parking pass

Checked in Sat. & there was no parking pass inside of condo. Talked & texted 100 times with many VACASA agent and all agent told me either it is somewhere inside of room or they will solve the issue. There were no parking space and we had to park on Street where it say "no parking" all nigh my wife and I rotate and went down make sure nobody to our car. After talked 100 times, wee finally got our parking pass on Tue. afternoon the day before check out.

Great property!

Condo was well stocked with plenty of things to do at the beach! Beautiful view of the intercostal and the ocean! Beach was just a short walk from the condo. Kids loved the water park as well!

Great place

Have stayed in this area several times before because its such a great location. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants and the beach. Water park for the kids to enjoy. The unit itself was clean and comfortable for 5 of us. 3 adult size teens included in that. Top floor so you can see the gulf from the balcony. Really great place. Nothing but good to say about it. *** one tip. Upon arrival, the elevator to get to the room is in the back of the parking structure (go straight and then left). There are 3 elevators in the garage but the one in the back of the garage is the only one that will get you to the 8th floor.

Grandkids Summer Visit

Perfect for young children. Close to the beach and the water park. We enjoyed both! The condo was just as pictured on the listing. Very clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony waching the wild life and boats on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION!

Let me start first off by saying we truly enjoyed our stay here and the location was 10 out of 10! What we loved: 1. Location 2. Access to water park and pool 3. Close distance to public beach access 4. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit giving us ability to prepare meals and snacks for outings and wash and dry our beach towels 5. Unit had all beach gear needed…beach cart, umbrella (which broke but we replaced), 3 chairs, boogie board, skim board, kid toys and beach games. We loaded that thing up and headed out! It was perfect! 6. Quiet… our deck faced the inter coastal so it was calm and peaceful. Bring up high meant nobody above you to make noise 7. Plenty of space in unit 8. Hardly anyone around…here and there on the elevator, never in the stairwell. Felt like our own space. 9. Nice big fridge 10. Water park passes… great to be able to float in the lazy river or cool off in the pool. Pool area was very clean. I’d see them almost every day out there vacuuming it. 11. 2 big box fans, 1 for each bedroom 12. Plenty of beach/pool towels What we didn’t love: 1. Unit was not ready till after 4 to check in. Faucet was broke and maintenance was “fixing” it. 2. Unit was still being cleaned after 4. My family is sensitive to harsh cleaning smells and when the door opened the smell hit me like a truck! I asked the cleaning person to stop mopping because the smell was so strong. She did and we aired the place out. 3. Not very clean, which I had seen on other reviews…I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. There were crumbs and debris in the drawers, air vents had thick dust on them, the pocket doors (which are white) looked like they never got cleaned since they are slid in, the washer/dryer unit was uneven so the dryer door hit me in the head while trying to load the wet clothes in, and the table under the tv in the master bedroom had pieces of broken furniture inside it. Decor was mediocre. 4. Elevator did go out of service several times. Def could be an inconvenience. We took the stairs as much as possible tho but In order to get the beach buggy downstairs you def would be needing the elevator. 5. Vacuum in unit fell apart as I tried to clean up some sand from the beach. I would have appreciated a working vac bkz the sand did come in. No point in having a broken vacuum. Over all I really liked our stay. Just wanted to give an honest and complete review.

Amazing

Loved this spacious property! The view was incredible. I would definitely stay here again - lots of space, and with two queen and one king size bed, there was lots of space to sleep as well. An added bonus is that the water park is included. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great property

The view from the 8th floor was amazing. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. My kids loved the small waterpark and it was an easy walk to the beach. We had a great stay!

Great location

The location of this property was amazing. Several food locations within walking distance. The beach was just a short walk away. The elevator was out during our stay otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Water park was great! You do need to pay if you have more than 4 people, $20-30 per person per day. 4 free passes.

Would stay again!

The communication with the rep handling the property was great. We will defiantly stay again. The only issue I’d mention to get looked at is new mattresses need in the room with the two queen beds. Other than that, it was great!

Great location, bad communication

The property was in a great location, with attached water park and very close to the beach. Everything was convenient to walk to even with little kids in the summer heat. The communication was a different story. Upon arrival we noticed the floors were wet but thought the cleaners must have just left. We went out for a meal and came back to find the floor even more wet, dangerous for anyone to walk on without slipping. I contacted Vacasa (condo owner) away via text since no one answers the phone number provided. I mentioned that it looks like there might be an issue with the fridge (water was dripping from the ice maker) and they said they would contact me the next day. After zero contact and another day of wet mess and random ice cubes shooting out from the fridge, my husband figured out how to turn the water feature off. It was not until the day before we left that a technician finally arrived to assess the situation, I was very disappointed in the timing of the “escalated” response especially since it looked like the floors were already ruined f the buckling and water seeping out with each step. I recommend this condo location just unfortunately not this unit or going through the company Vacasa.

Good location, quiet, not as touristy.

Condo was nice. Could have been cleaner. There was something splattered on the door frame going out to the patio and when I wiped up water off the kitchen floor the cloth came away extremely dirty. Bedrooms needed vacuumed as well. But nothing too serious. Bathrooms were clean and linens smelled nice. Vacasa was great at communicating before and during our stay. Balcony is fantastic with an incredible view of the inlet and the shore. Unit has EVERYTHING you might need for the beach including a wagon, chairs, fishing poles, wake boards and coolers. Overall a nice stay, I'll would book again.

We loved our stay. We were quick walking distance to everything.

Our stay was perfect. I would suggest to the next renters to bring a few laundry pods if you have a group of 6. We were left 3, which was nice. With checking out instructions, (white towels and beach towels should be washed separately)we could have used at least one more. Bring a few garbage bags. We were given two. We are in a lot which created a lot of extra garbage. We appreciated the beach items that were available. Fishing poles that were provided was a huge plus! We bought shrimp and caught 4 different kinds of fish off the docks. So fun! We highly recommend this place!

Wow! Great location

Within 5 minutes of arriving and going on the deck to an incredible view of the intercoastal and beach we saw dolphins and the most incredible sunset. Unit was very clean and comfortable with space for all. This area is great for kids due to the water park and some great restaurants. The only thing we noticed is the lack of hot water in the master/main bathroom but everything else was wonderful!
