New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Beautifully located and seductively quiet, Island Beach & Racquet Club is centrally located near area amusements, dining, and shopping. You'll enjoy amenities that are perfect for any family, including oceanfront swimming pools and kiddie pools, a day dock, and a Junior Olympic-size swimming pool and lighted tennis courts located on the sound side of the complex.

The fully equipped kitchen, with all major and small appliances, makes cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget the courtyard has grills for when you're in the mood for burgers or steaks. What great dinner conversations you'll have after a fun-filled day at the beach or other area attractions!

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, a flatscreen TV, an additional TV in the primary bedroom, a DVD player, free WiFi, a wet bar, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo.

Make certain to read everything.

The packet is not located on the actual property location. It has to be picked from another location. Don’t hesitate to call in any issues to the office.

Weekend trip

The condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. We had a stopped up toilet and they sent someone that day to repair it. It is located across the street from the beach so that is my only negative. When I booked I thought it was on the ocean and not the sound. It made it less convenient with kids. But overall a nice quiet place to stay. The screen room was a great place to set out on.

Good space, great screened porch. There were Plenty of pots, pans utensils and in great shape. It was great to see they are believers. Place was not as clean as it should be, needs a good deep clean ie: crumbs in drawers, crud around kitchen sink faucet, base boards but that is not the owners fault that is Vacasa's followup on their cleaners. For about 5k this place could be transformed. It has not been touched in decor since the early 90s. I have several other relatives that rented in the same building and theirs were much better in design and bed size options. This place has all the furniture they were going to toss out and way too much of it. Sliders were really hard to open and close.
