I enjoy gardening, tennis, pickleball, golf, traveling and going to the Utica Comet Hockey games! Had the opportunity to host a family from Norway who had a relative on the women's international hockey team. They were a pleasure to host! Meeting people of all backgrounds and cultures is one of the best highlights of hosting! I do like to volunteer in helping people and enjoy cooking and entertaining at home.

Utica Train & Bus station is a 10 minute walk and if you like to bike, Utica Trailhead is minutes away. Best of all, Adirondack and Nexxus Center is in walking distance, as well...Stanley Theater is only 15 minute walk....this neighborhood has a vibe!!! Beautiful street full of other lofts and people!!!

You will be amazed by the marble floor entryways and apartments that are spacious with high ceilings with recess lighting, large windows and all the rooms are full of natural light! Exposed brick and beam accents will show the history of this building. The exterior is a restoration of art! When you drive up, you will immediately fall in love with this building and best of all, It is locally owned and managed! When you call with any problem you will get an immediate response and not an 800 number that takes a message. We aim to please by the service we provide and I am knowledgeable of places to go and the best restaurants to visit!
