Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easily accessible and always responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect. All four showers had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Beds were comfortable, and the bath towels were actually full-size. The check-in process was easy. Property was in a great location. 10 minutes to some great food in the area. Parking was smooth. Fit my Silverado in it and no problem. Can’t recommend this place enough and I’ve stayed in a lot of different properties within the area. I will be returning.

The property was nice. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well kept. The living room definitely was smaller than expected! The check-in process was awful. They went from offering to help us with our bags when we got there to actually not being anywhere remotely near the building to help us when their code didn’t work. We spent an hour in the lobby waiting to hear back from their messages in the Vrbo app because they refused to give me a working phone number after giving me two numbers that were no longer in service “due to being hacked.” I spoke with the building manager who provided me a third number and called someone else who is in relation to the rental company. He eventually got the ballrolling as I continued to get mixed messages from the 4 different people answering me in the chat and giving me wrong information and mixed messages. It was the most infuriating check in I’ve ever had in a rental. Then when I went to check out, they still couldn’t give me the right thing to do. The condo was nice, but everything else ruined the renting experience entirely for me and my friends.
