Sliding doors lead to the back deck, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Upstairs, the large primary bedroom welcomes natural light from twin skylights, while two additional bedrooms allow flexibility for guests or workspace. Hardwood floors run throughout, and the layout offers both gathering areas and quiet corners for downtime.

With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England. This home is set in a wonderful location on a dead-end road and there is a walkable neighborhood just behind our street. It’s an easy stroll to downtown Newport and the Broadway area, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and local spots. Vernon Park is nearby and offers a playground and tennis courts for outdoor fun.
Getting Around:
Getting around the island is both easy and enjoyable. Many of our homes are situated in residential neighborhoods where walking, biking, scootering, or renting a golf cart offers a relaxed and scenic way to explore the area.

Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
We provide dedicated driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted, as that area is owned by the Town and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway. The garage is not accessible for guest parking.
