In certain circumstances I can accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Please request this as early as possible so I can confirm whether I can accommodate or not.

Early Check In: 1pm instead of 3pm - $40 additional fee. Preferable 24 hours notice.

Late Check Out: 15 minute grace period at no charge. $5/15 min after the grace period. 2pm is the absolute latest late check out time.

Guests: Additional guests are $10 per night, kindly ensure your reservation is accurate with the number of guests.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.
