we walked in and opened the curtains and my mom said "oh my goodness this is perfect. if i never get to come back to the beach this is the perfect place for a last time" she was so happy with everything.

Clean and well-stocked unit with great beach access and a convenient location near shopping and entertainment. Host was friendly and helpful. Downsides: Wi-Fi was weak (passwords in VRBO instructions were wrong), TV/internet setup was confusing ( no fault to the host as neighboring units also had Wi-Fi issues… the building took on new internet company that no one there was impressed with. Pool is across the street, and laundry is coin-operated, not in-unit. Seating was uncomfortable for adults—futon isn’t supportive.Good for those who value location and cleanliness, and being able to walk right out to beach access, but not ideal if Wi-Fi access is important for work, and seating not that comfortable for older adults or in-unit laundry are priorities.I would consider staying again but I’d need to bring my own Wi-Fi travel tower as I work from my computer. But to be fair to the host I never asked about the strength of the Wi-Fi before going. Lesson learned .

Great location! Ground floor was amazing for unloading and loading. Easy access to the beach. Codo was clean bed was comfortable! Pier Park had everything you would need!

The location is fantastic. Quick and easy access to the beach, which wasn’t crowded at all. The condo itself was okay. The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable. The instructions to access the WiFi weren’t accurate. I messaged the owner twice before getting a response. We were only provided 4 bath towels for 3 adults staying a total of 3 nights. The place just needs a few more personal touches to make it feel more inviting.

Great spot right on the water. The condo was stocked with all the appliances and amenities that you needed. It was nice not having to go up and down the stairs or elevator to get to the sand. Good communication with the owner.

We arrived to a musty mildew smelling condo. I turned the covers to our bed back, to find sheets with crusty stains! I tried contacting our host but no luck! We went to Walmart to buy sheets and glade plug-ins and disinfectant spray. The towels were awful, i had to pay to wash them!!!!The only plus was being close to the beach.

Perfect for small families

We enjoyed being right on the beach and being on the ground floor. My children are small so we booked for ease of the ground floor. The condo location is literally right down the street from Pier Park which is great.

Great Area.

The room was great for what we wanted. Right on the beach and close to restaurants. We didn’t really need to drive anywhere, only to the store. No complaints.

Perfect walkout to beach, no stairs. Very basic furnishings, but bed and bathroom were clean. Futon couch is not comfortable for sitting and adds a musty smell to room.

It was absolutely perfect. Quiet and quaint but, close to the Pier and amazing restaurants. We have already booked again for next year…We can’t wait!

Great On The Beach Condo

Great little place for easy access to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are close. Condo was short on supplies i.e. towels for the entire party and stay but Walmart to the rescue. Bed is comfortable even sleeper sofa was large (queen size) and comfortable.

Awesome awesome awesome. Love everything about this place. The location, the parking, the size, did I say the location. We have stayed he for the past 5 or more years, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

A hidden gem!

We had the most wonderful stay at Polynesian Village 105. Didn't really want to leave. This place is right on the water & you have wonderful views of the gulf. Highly recommend a stay here. We were here for two months. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food. Plenty of towels. Could use some hot pads. We just bought some. Nice walk in shower with good pressure. We like that we could park right outside our door. Our only real complaint is that when contacting management, we had to sometimes wait longer than expected to get an answer. It would be nice to be acknowledged within 24 hours.

He as well has a unit in POLYNESIAN and we decided to go for a POLYNESIAN of our own- if you have more guest that you would like to come stay at POLYNESIAN let us know! we have 2 units in the complex 3 doors down from one another!
