Had to print out my own parking pass. The sofa bed was a junky futon. The door is not really secure. Someone tried to open our door. The beach was cleaner than the room. Very disappointed. We checked out 2 days earlier than we were suppose to

Wow a 2 star rating? I’m sorry but this is a true ground floor condo . Rare to find along the 27 miles of beaches in PCB. The complex is only 2 story! No parking garages and or elevators 2 stars cuz of Cleaning - when you had their direct number ? must be a Karen - everyone’s laughing at this review !

The condo itself is old, but comfy! It has a great patio with a great view of the beach and wonderful sunsets. It’s quiet, close to Pier Park and restaurants. Bring your own amenities and blow dryer, not provided.

The condo looks good until you open the door and take a look inside! The location of the condo and the view from the patio are great. The unit itself is the exact opposite. The unit needs renovated top to bottom including the appliance's, bedding and literally everything in it. The pictures hide the wear and tear and the reviews are either done by homeless people or being doctored. It is beyond worn out and has been for years!

we walked in and opened the curtains and my mom said "oh my goodness this is perfect. if i never get to come back to the beach this is the perfect place for a last time" she was so happy with everything.

Great location. Wonderful ocean view from back patio. Convenient to unload right at the front door of the unit and walk out the back door to the beach. It is an older building but some updates have been done to the unit. Very small galley kitchen - not for those who wish to cook. Futon in the living room is uncomfortable. Communication with the host was quite difficult.

Great location! Ground floor was amazing for unloading and loading. Easy access to the beach. Codo was clean bed was comfortable! Pier Park had everything you would need!

This location was absolutely amazing! Easy parking and right on the gulf. The outside was perfect! The inside is in need of a deep clean. I'm surprised that there is a 99 cleaning fee included because there is so much dust- vents, fans, lamps, anything with an edge was caked in dust and grime. Someone elses hair in the shower/walls when we got in. Wall panels coming off in the kitchen and all the light fixtures were rusty and caked in dust. Also, there is only 1 towel per person, 1 bathroom hand towel, 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen washcloth......no dish soap. There was toilet paper on the roll and 1 spare - we were here for 5 days and asked for another, but needed to go purchase our own. I understand this is a rental, but even just having a set of pots and pans that were purchased in the last 10 years, or more than 1 tiny cutting board would have beeen helpful. This was our first time renting a VRBO and we will know for next time that we need to bring more essentials. This place is still amazing for the location and views!

I’d give 5 stars for location! It is so close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I’d give 2 stars for cleanliness. There is a fan but layers of dust on it. The sofa isn’t supportive and comfortable and is stained. There were 5 hangers that were mismatched and of all things no hair dryer. It’s listed that they have a washer and dryer but it’s not in the condo- it’s in a public area and it’s pay per use. My feet were so dirty after walking around in this place. The towels were someone’s old ratty things. I think a true good cleaning from top to bottom and add some nice amenities like hangers, a hairdryer, good towels, beach towels, then you’d have a great place on your hands!

Perfect for small families

We enjoyed being right on the beach and being on the ground floor. My children are small so we booked for ease of the ground floor. The condo location is literally right down the street from Pier Park which is great.

Great Area.

The room was great for what we wanted. Right on the beach and close to restaurants. We didn’t really need to drive anywhere, only to the store. No complaints.

Great spot right on the water. The condo was stocked with all the appliances and amenities that you needed. It was nice not having to go up and down the stairs or elevator to get to the sand. Good communication with the owner.

We have a miniature shih tzu named gizzmo and My family has been in the rental business for years! and we decided that it is now time for us to join! My father has really inspired me to go for it. He as well has a unit in POLYNESIAN and we decided to go for a POLYNESIAN of our own- if you have more guest that you would like to come stay at POLYNESIAN let us know! we have 2 units in the complex 3 doors down from one another!
