Polynesian Village Condos is the best kept secrete around PCB. You are literally .25 of a mile from pier park . It is a low rise brown 2 story complex you would almost just drive on by, nestled on the white sandy beaches. If your looking to be in the middle of all the action , and activities , you can walk to pier park from the location- but also stay distance from the large crowds being at a small old school complex. This isn't a high rise, there are no elevators or parking garages or arm bands to purchase ... you park at the door and you go on into the condo – sounds easy ? it is!

1 bed 1 bath condos with sleeper sofas can sleep a nice family easily. Wake up to the sunrise , walk to Starbucks if you like , or catch the sunset with ease just out the slider door. Walk with your wine to dinner at Pier Park , catch some songs at tootsies. The events and possibilities are endless. Full kitchens to accommodate the gormet cook or hit up Dustys Oyster bar , diagonal from the complex. There is a on-site relaxing , never over crowded , simple pool to jump into on the lake side , or feed or fish the lake . Sometimes you may catch a local alligator in that lake , just keep your eyes out .

The view of the beach and sound of the waves was just what we needed to relax! It was so calming and peaceful. Never heard a sound from any of the condos.Very clean, with everything we needed. Just like the photos in the VRBO ad. Kudos to the owners!

Fantastic stay. Perfectly clean condo. Ive stayed with this owner before and the floors are immaculately clean. Every other beach rental ive ever stayed in besides theirs had dirty floors. We loved our stay the ciew was amazing.

The room was clean and well stocked (minus a spatula). We couldn't get the TV to work because it displayed a "no signal" message. It looked as if someone had been working on it since the box was loose from the wall. We don't watch that much TV anyway so it was ok. We forgot an item and were able to get in touch with the cleaning lady who was very helpful in the retrieval process. We enjoyed the beach, the people we met, and the proximity to Pier Park and other venues. We would definitely book again.

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo. Great view, AC works great and convenient to pier park! Internet was updated so need to look at WiFi box to get new name and password. Definitely will come again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the property was as described. However, the wifi wasn't working and the property owner wasn't able to fix the problem and didn't answer our messages after the second day. Thankfully, there was an awesome couple who manage other properties on site at Polynesian Village who helped us out and got us a router to use during our stay.

Steps to the beach

Perfect location for us and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. I do wish it had been stocked a bit more in the kitchen with basic items for cooking. Also could have used another kitchen towel or even bath mat or scrub sponge. No starter soap, shampoo etc. There was one trash bag and a little leftover dishwasher detergent. Not talking about everything else you normally bring, just something to get you started. Appreciated extra hooks and places to hang things. Sheets for pull out sofa were random and thin. No extra blankets. Condo was clean and sufficient. We never were able to find the WiFi network but we didn’t ask either so that was on us for not following up. Didn’t spend much time in the condo luckily. Love the location and how close to the beach you are. Also loved that the pool is in the shade in the afternoon for the kids.

4th of July & Wedding

We loved this unit with a few exceptions. The location was perfect. Having the beach right out the back door was also great! Especially when your wanting to come back to the room for lunch. Not having enough towels and then having to pay to wash them was very aggravating. The WiFi never worked our wholeStay, so we had no tv and cell service wasn’t very good either. Other than those two things it was a great stay. Definitely a low key/hole in the wall condo.

Best beach stay

Wonderful place to stay! Beach is basically out your back door! Beautiful views and very clean. Would highly recommend and will be staying there when I go back!

Weekend Getaway

Was great for our short stay! Loud at night, but that is to be expected during busy season of Panama City. Loved the proximity to Dusty’s Oyster Bar. Loved the size of the unit and the overall complex. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and some things were left in the fridge from the previous renter but overall we would stay again!

No hot water the whole time!

We had no hot water the whole time! No one would come fix it or give us any options. We had to rent another hotel room for the one shower that we took on our 4 day vacation. We had no extra toilet paper, no soap, no tv, no dish soap, and no dish towels. Communication was horrendous with both the host and the maintenance man. I was very disappointed because I had stayed at this same place before and it was perfect. We were suppose to be on vacation but I felt like I was constantly checking my email trying to get some resolution to the water problem. I will not stay in room 210 ever again.

Great location and view

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we love it! The layout of the unit is perfect, and the view of the ocean, as well as the seating area on the deck can’t be beat!

Absolutely a great place for a getaway. Perfect little spot on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. If available will stay every time we come to PCB
