The condo was just the perfect size and provided privacy between the bedroom and the living room that had a surprisingly comfortable Murphy bed. I loved the proximity to the beach and the pools. The parking garage was easily accessible across the street. We would love to stay there again.

Great location and very convenient to so many places

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with everything you need for a stay full of memories to be made. Beautiful view - just the right height to feel you are on the beach for sunrises. Very comfortable bed and Very clean!

Updated nice, great amenities, but not the cleanest… tub was dirty upon arrival and sand all in our sheets like they were never changed. We changed ourselves and we’re going to say nothing… until we found baby cockroaches EVERYWHERE, surrounding my children in the pull out couch! Took 10 hours to get a resolution and ended up leaving and going to another resort, thankfully they refunded us for the rest of our stay and we’re very apologetic and communicated great through the process but I will never stay here again.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Cooking supplies could use some improvement. No frying pan and was given a rusty baking sheet. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows in the closet, but no extra blanket or options for those who tend to get cold easy. The pools and lazy river were great. Plenty of seating so we never had to rush to find a chair. Staff kept the pool area very clean. Only downside to our trip was people smoking weed and cigarette on balconies. One night it was so bad we could smell the weed coming into our unit. This isnt the fault of the property management but it was a bit of a letdown as I love sitting on the balcony to read or watching the sunset.

The property itself had a great view of the ocean & it was nice to unwind on the balcony. It was a good space for our week there. The parking garage always had parking available & was a quick walk across the street. The location was close to a a lot of attractions, shopping, & restaurants. At the resort, there are numerous pools, lazy rivers, & a water slide.Getting into it the first day took some time. The knob under the numbers is strange to operate & you need to make sure you are pulling the door completely shut before you go to twist it. I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to get in the first night. They did send a maintenance man the next morning & he said no changes could be made to the door.We wanted to use the sleeper sofa, but there were no sheets provided for it. It would have been nice to have a broom there to be able to sweep up the sand. Overall, a good stay.I will say that Debra gave me a call and was AMAZING! Super kind & helpful. :)

The room was as pictured! We really enjoyed the fireplace. The view was fantastic! Conveniently located next to Sea Captain’s House. We were able to rent chairs/covering for 40/day in front of the condo. Sarah made sure that check-in was easy. We really appreciated her assistance! We have no complaint regarding the condo itself. It was lovely! Regarding the facility, there were rowdy guests (loud late at night, marijuana smell). The facility has security guards monitoring the property. I do feel they tried to help the situation, and it may have been calmer if we did not visit during spring break season.

Great unit in a mediocre location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was clean and as described. It is a privately owned condo within a hotel. I was with others that booked through the hotel and their rooms were definitely not as nice. The hotel itself was ok. Amenities are not on site, though affiliated with hotel, they are across the street or next door. No food options in the hotel!! Mediocre restaurants in walking distance better options if you drive. Went in March and the hotel bar was not open!

We have stayed at The Caribbean Resort many many many times so we knew what to expect as for as the property goes. The actual condo. I will first say communication was good and our issue resolved but that doesn’t mean I was happy with my adult daughter sleeping with only a sheet the first night and my other daughter with a dirty blanket. My second meh is the fact I don’t care that they sent a picture showing me where extra “clean towels” should be we ONLY received FOUR. If someone texts with a complaint. A we are so sorry we will bring two more towels by. We are paying thousands of dollars to stay in the condo. I can promise we weren’t stuffing two white towels in our carry on luggage. Good stuff - location is one of our favorites , liked the keyless entry , decor updated and modern , condo in good shape and clean ( minus the bedding issue ) , decently stocked kitchen ( I would add a pizza pan for late nights ) The meh stuff - without a washer and dryer in unit for 8 nights 5 people we needed more than four towels , dust pan missing so very difficult to sweep up sand , NO SAFE. We have stayed at Caribbean many times never stayed in a room without a safe to lock valuables up. Also there is no dishwasher but they left dishwasher soap which is oddWe would probably stay here again and the Caribbean is a lot of fun in a good location
