We had a mixed experience during our stay in Fernandina Beach. The original property had several issues upon arrival, including a broken AC and a non-working TV remote, which required us to be relocated.I do want to recognize the management company for responding quickly and moving us to a new property. The second home was larger and more comfortable, and we appreciated the prompt resolution.That said, the replacement property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. The primary bedroom fan and light were broken, the TV didn’t work, and the bathroom lacked a proper door for privacy. We also found clothing left in the drawers, and both the storm door and front door had functionality issues.Overall, we’re grateful for the quick relocation, but both properties would benefit from better upkeep and attention to detail.
