Location was ideal, easy beach access and pool was clean. The unit is dated but adequate. Check in was flawless but a tad late in the day. Early check in is available but with additional cost and check out is also a tad early at 10AM. All in all we had a great experience.

First I would say the unit was small for six people even with two in our party being small children. We were short on linens. That said the unit has amazing views, very convenient to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the view from the balcony! If you are planning to eat out at night and just use the kitchen for basic breakfast and sandwiches it’s perfect. Location close to restaurants.

I'm hesitant to share about this condo as I want it all to myself. They were in a very busy time and it wasn't as clean as normal, but spring break is a tough time. The location is perfect and the corner condo is amazing. I would recommend some room darkening shades though - good upgrade option. Loved the place and looking forward to staying here next year.

Our stay was fabulous! This condo is comfortable, the views are gorgeous, the location is perfect! We had a marvelous time!The kitchen supplies so many necessities. We reserved the same week for 2027 before we left Florida.Thank you for wonderful memories!

Sisters vacation, very dirty master bathroom, views were beautiful from outside, windows and patio doors were dirty. Disappointed at how dirty it was.
This is how filthy the shower liner was!!!!!

Quaint Condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and the ocean view was stellar! I loved having coffee on the spacious balcony. My kids enjoyed the pool and the beach was not too crowded. The overall atmosphere of Amelia Island was friendly and laidback.

Great condo with amazing view and proximity

We stayed in this property on our beach vacation and it was really great. Had everything we needed in a condo paired with an amazing view of the beach from the windows! There was a pool and the beach was a quick walk away. Would for sure stay here again! It was easy to check in and out and had zero issues!

Summer Vacation

Overall, we loved our stay here. The location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping only a short distance away. The views were amazing from within the condo, as well as the patio area. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice condo with great views

The condo was small but very nice. The views were spectacular and access to the beach was great too. We spied a turtle from the condo window and flocks of birds flying over too. We would definitely stay again.
