The Cottage

Escape to our newly renovated coastal cottage nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach—just two blocks from the iconic Cocoa Beach Pier and steps to the ocean! Wake up to sea breezes, stroll with your morning coffee on the sand, and end your day with walks to vibrant restaurants, beach bars, and live music. 

The Cottage is a three bedroom, two full bathroom home designed for ultimate relaxation in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood- perfect for families, couples or groups of up to 10 guests. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Space: Our home is thoughtfully laid out with comfort and ease in mind.

Primary Bedroom: Equipped with a plush king bed, crisp white linens and cozy reading corner. This inviting space thoughtfully includes solar shades, black out curtains, ceiling fan and sound machine for a deep restful sleep.



Full Bath #1: This luxurious bathroom is truly spa-like including a walk-in glass shower with rain shower head, LED lighting throughout and blue-tooth speaker/fan.

Secondary Bedroom: Equipped with a plush king bed, crisp white linens, ceiling fan and sound machine. In the closet you will find a pack and play and children's booster seats.

Third Bedroom/Bunk Room: This bedroom truly feels like a nautical hideaway. Two low loft-style bunk beds, tall dresser and 32" smart tv make this the perfect space for the kids to wind down after a long day at the beach. This room also includes a ceiling fan, sound machine and privacy blinds on the window.

Secondary Bathroom: This upscale coastal themed bathroom is spacious, has a double vanity and bathtub/shower combo with high end Delta fixtures.

The Kitchen: Well equipped with high end appliances, quartz countertops and a breakfast bar.  There is a coffee station with a drip coffee maker, ground coffee, electric kettle, tea and many sweeteners, syrup flavors to choose from.  For home cooked meals we also provide essentials such as pots/pans, cooking utensils, olive oil and salt & pepper

The back living room (den) is where you'll find a sleeper sofa with a full size pull out mattress.  Linens and pillows provided.

We provide a washer and dryer for laundering your items during your stay. 

The private backyard space is where you'll find yourself enjoying your morning coffee on the plush outdoor chairs, reading a book or enjoying meals under the shaded pergola or enjoying an evening cocktail at the sunken fire table.  The custom bocce court is well lit and full of games for entertaining

We've stocked beach essentials: chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and beach toys.  We also have beach cruisers and a surfboard available at no extra charge.

We provide propane for the grill only.  If you need to refill the propane tank for the fire table we will gladly reimburse you upon proof of receipt.

Please pay special attention while using the loft style bunk beds.  Risks may be involved with climbing, sleeping in and using the bunk beds. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from climbing, sleeping in and use of the bunk beds and the owner will not be held responsible.
