2) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages to the property during your stay, subject to policy exclusions and limitations. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest.

3) Pre-Arrival: Prior to check-in, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival process via Guesty. This is a required step to gather your travel information and ensure you have reviewed our rental terms and conditions.
