The property was awesome. It is within easy walking distance from the beach. The host was great to work with. We had a small problem with our power in the garage which was responded to in a timely manner.

Great location and home!

This place was the perfect place for our family of five. Had all the amenities and things needed to make a weeks stay great. The pool was nice and the location to restaurants and the beach made walking to them ideal. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions. Will look to stay here again in the future.

Good central location close to best beaches and local shopping and eateries. Pool was nice to dip into after a long hot day of excursions. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including some beach items. Decent size for 3 couples. No need to contact the host after check-in process was provided. One upgrade would be to provide ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the AC does not cool as effective as desired when the doors are closed for the evening.

Great stay in AMI

We had a great stay on Holmes Beach. Property is as pictured, and was a short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice, and the layout was perfect for our family. The owners were always quick to reply to any questions. Bonus it’s walking distance to The Ugly Grouper!

Beautiful Home

We loved this house and it was just as the listing stated. The decorations were beautiful and the bathrooms are next level. The pool is small but we are in AMI for the Crystal blue waters not a pool so we didn’t mind at all. Great midway location for the island.
