Step outside to enjoy your private patio, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

For your convenience, you’ll have central A/C, fresh linens, towels, iron, and hair dryer. Beach days are stress-free with provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Free private parking with assigned spots is included. Both units are on the ground floor, just a short walk to Hollywood and Dania Beach.

Reservation Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

Door codes are shared at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Standard check-in window is 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Arrivals after this are not permitted.

Early check-in, late check-out, and bag drop may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Deposit and Registration

A $200 incidentals deposit and guest registration are required before door codes will be released.

Deposit is refunded within 3–7 days after your original check-out date.

Registration requires valid IDs for all guests and may include a credit card scan.

Failure to complete both deposit and registration will result in reservation termination with no refund.

During Your Stay

All complaints or issues must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.

Extra cleaning or amenity requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance (between 4 PM–12 AM).

Quiet enjoyment and respect for the property are required at all times.

Reservation Changes and Early Departures

Any changes must be requested before 10:00 AM each day. Changes cannot be made after that due to system restrictions.

For early departures, submit an alteration request through the platform. This helps you recover unspent nights and ensures calendar availability for new guests.

Refund Policy

No courtesy refunds are provided.

If requesting a full refund, immediate check-out is required. Submit an alteration request for an early departure so unspent nights may be refunded.

Incidentals and Damages

A $100 incidentals hold is applied automatically after booking. This acts as a preventive fee for damages (see Airbnb’s policy: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140
).

If damages exceed the deposit amount, the Airbnb Resolution Center will be used to recover additional costs, and AirCover may apply.

House Rules

Check-in: After 4:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out without prior approval may result in a full night-rate penalty deducted from the security deposit.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Parties and Events: Strictly prohibited

No Smoking: $300 fine for smoking on the property. Immediate dismissal without refund.

Penalties and Fines

$250 – If noise, parties, or behavior requires police callout (immediate dismissal without refund).

$100 – Leaving trash outside the property entrance. Please use designated large trash cans when your bin is full.

$200 – Leaving kayaks in the pool. Kindly return them to the designated storage area.

Damage to property or common areas – charged at cost, deducted from deposit/booking account.

Additional Notes

Do not throw trash, paper towels, or sanitary products in the toilet to avoid clogging—please use the trash can.

On checkout: turn off lights, A/C, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door.

All penalties will be deducted automatically from your security deposit and/or booking account.
