Our charming space seamlessly blends vintage aesthetics with modern comfort. Relax in the tastefully decorated living area or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The space
-Historic Home built in 1920.
- 1 car driveway + street parking available
- Furniture thoughtfully Curated & NOT from Ikea.
- Single level home, but 4 steps up to the doorway.
-Home has had bathroom and kitchen updates
-Original Fireplace (not functional but great to look at )
-Fully fenced backyard (rubber mulch on half, rock on other half )
-Covered back deck with seating
-Washer/Dryer
-Original wood floors
-55 in TVs in bedrooms and living room
-A/C unit is outside master bedroom windows, you can hear when it turns on , for transparency
