✔ To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests are required to complete the 30A Escapes Rental Agreement after booking. This agreement outlines important house rules and helps us provide the best experience possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link via the booking platform to sign the agreement. After it is completed, we will send your official booking confirmation email with all the details you need. ✔ Travel insurance is NOT included in your quote. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
✔ We do NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard ONLY)
✔ This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
✔ LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, or Alys Beach.
✔ Pool can be heated between September 1st and April 30th.
✔ Currently, there is active construction across the street with an unknown end date.
