Great location on The Hill. Shaw Coffee on the corner is great for a quick breakfast. Property was clean and the owner was very quick to communicate.

.When we first pulled into the place, our impressions were fair at best. The property was obviously a house that had been flipped. A one-bedroom home was changed into a two-bedroom home, neither bedroom was large enough to turn around inside. The closets were tiny and didn’t even provide hangers for clothing. The bathroom was so small, you could almost use the restroom, wash your hands, and take a shower at the same time. The hallway was lined with suitcases since there was nowhere to store them. The kitchen was the highlight but if you are eating at the Hill you probably aren’t eating at home. If you want a cold drink - good luck – as there were no ice cube trays in the fridge.The location is another drawback - although listed in the description – the noise from the interstate totally destroys the opportunity for a good night sleep. On a positive note, when we thought we were locked out, the property manager did arrive to help us in a reasonable amount of time which we appreciated.At the same time we have stayed at two or three other places on the Hill over the years and have enjoyed wonderful experiences – returning to the same places year after year. This unfortunately, was not one of these. Overall, we would rate this place a D..

This is not a factual review, nor do I agree with the guest's comments. We provide an extremely accurate listing, that describes and showcases the property and its location for what it is and what is not. We are not promising the Ritz, just a nice place to stay, with great bedding and a great location on the Hill. If you have any questions I am vey happy to answer them. I have a 4.92 rating on airbnb website and been rated as a superhost for a full year. Really wish people would be factual in their claims instead of insulting people who strive to deliver a great affordable product in an extremely desired location. I'm sorry it was for not this guest, which is totally fine, just be factual in your comments and don't say we provided you with something that wasn't what you were expecting because you failed to read and understand the listing that we provide extensive pictures and details on.

This was a very convenient location in the heart of the Hill. It's on a quite street within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. It was clean and very updated inside. Owner was easy to work with. My only heads up would be you are in close proximity to Highway 44, so you hear some road noise. But that's part of city living1

The parking was far from ideal. You may have parking in front, as there’s no designated area for each house, but a very narrow alley way to get to the back parking spot. The oven didn’t work and the owners never offered even a compensation for not being able to use it, just that I’m sorry I can’t get it fixed until Monday which was after our stay ended. The weeds around the outdoor area were unappealing. One of the beds was wedged on one leg to be level. The house is smaller than pictures lead us to believe. The check in process was easy, the owner replied quickly.
