Originally built in 1886, the Parlor retains its historic character while offering thoughtful modern updates. Enter through your private entrance and relax in the spacious living area, complete with a plush sofa and a convenient workspace for when duty calls.



The bedroom features soaring ceilings, a queen memory foam bed with luxury linens, a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space for your belongings. The bathroom combines vintage elegance with modern touches, featuring a tub/shower combo and designer details. Please note: This unit is part of a multi-unit complex. You’ll access the Parlor via the exterior staircase and enter through the left door on the porch. A second unit is located above, and you’ll have courtyard access through the kitchen’s back door.
