• While there is no garage parking, guests may use any open space within the property.

• Linen Service: One complimentary linen exchange is provided during your stay.
• For stays longer than one week, a full clean and additional linen exchange are available upon request.

Note:

• The check-in office is next to unit 145. You will see a street sign saying "Multi-Resorts at Puente Vista Timeshare Check-in Office"
• Boat Trailer Parking: As of June 5, 2020, the Puente Vista Council of Co-Owners allows only one boat trailer per condo to be parked on-site due to the limited number of stalls available.
• Towel Exchange & Trash Pickup: Complimentary service available daily, except Fridays (Timeshare turnover day) and Sundays (office closed)
• If you have any special requests, such as unit location, no stairs requests, etc., it is important that you let us know immediately so that we can try to accommodate your request. All requests are handled on a first reserved / first confirmed basis.
