Excellent immaculate property but the 16 stairs entering the unit needs to be disclosed. This is especially critical for individuals with issues.

I've stayed at a lot of short term rentals. In the good ones you can feel the level of hospitality and thoughtfulness the owner has put into creating the space. In this one it's particularly evident. The space is open and welcoming and the decor, well thought out with a beach theme that's just right vs. being kitschy. It's clean, organized and private. When I return to Pine Point in the future this is where I'll stay. Thank you, Suzanne.Karen G.

Even nicer than the photos show! Bright, clean, beautifully designed and decorated. Comfortable furniture and bed. Really nice kitchen. Coffee, snacks and drinks provided. We chose the location for being so close to Scarborough Marsh and Pine Point beach. Very convenient to other services as well. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, within walking distance to the beach, though it was so hot we chose to drive to the nearby street parking for commercial businesses. Pine Pt. Beach is such a lovely big beach area. The apartment had everything we needed, and was very modern and quiet.

Great location

We stopped for a quick stay on our way up to Acadia. The apartment was super clean, cozy and well stocked. The area was great with a beach a short drive in one direction and an Audubon center and bike path in the other. Restaurants were close by also.
