LIV Marina is a serene residential building, and therefore, loud events or parties are not permitted within this apartment.

Smoking is not allowed in this apartment. If there is a cigarette or any other kind of smoke odour, there will be a 1500 AED charge.

In this apartment, you will find two cards: one to enter all the available amenities on floor 4, as well as a card which gives you access to our parking spot in the garage. In case you use any of the cards, please leave them on the kitchen counter before checking out.

Any damages will be immediately reported to the guests through the Airbnb platform, who will have to reimburse us according to the purchase price plus a 50% fee surcharge. This fee will be charged for any damaged item.
