The Diria is located right in the vibrant Tamarindo town center, steps to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Guests of the Diria condos can enjoy complimentary use the huge lagoon pool with swim-up bar, gardens, private path to the beach, and restaurants. Please note, some hotel facilities are reserved for hotel guests only.

Centrally located in downtown Tamarindo, close to all shopping and dining opportunities and a wealth of water based activities can be found: surfing, deep sea fishing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling or estuary river boat and kayak excursions. Our property manager Ocean Lyrics can assist with booking transport from the airport if you`d like. You won`t need a car at the Diria. The beach is right across the street and you can walk to all shops, restaurants, and nightlife. However, if you decide to rent a car, we have secure parking. You can either pick up a car at the airport or one of the rental agencies in town.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
