The interior features a bright, open layout with tile flooring throughout, plantation shutters, soft coastal tones, and a calm, relaxing ambiance. The living room includes comfortable seating, a large smart TV with streaming services, and easy-flow access to the kitchen and dining area. A dedicated Wi-Fi and workspace near the main living space offers convenience for correspondence, planning, or casual work during longer stays. Shore Haven’s smart-home features include keyless entry, thermostat, lighting, and in-ceiling sound system, enhancing everyday comfort, while a HEPA air purifier supports excellent indoor air quality. While the home has a few single steps at the entry and patio sliders, the layout is otherwise simple and easy to move through. A convenient half bath near the living area offers additional flexibility for guests.

The kitchen is appointed with Cambria quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, and luxury hardware, including a pot filler above the range. The kitchen peninsula features an additional convection-microwave oven and seating for two, complementing the main dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a full set of dishes and glassware, small appliances, and a dual-format coffee maker for full-pot or single-serve brewing.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical laundry and pantry area, separated by a pocket door and offering cabinet storage and direct access from the garage. This streamlined space keeps essentials organized and supports long-term stays without drawing attention from the main living areas.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed with coastal bedding, nightstands, and dual deep closets with ample space for hanging, shelving, and long-stay organization. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower with grab bars, a private toilet closet, granite finishes, a powered docking drawer and a hair dryer provided for guest use.

Beach chairs are also available, making it simple to enjoy our beaches.
