If you're looking for a cozy getaway for just the two of you (or a quiet escape for a solo retreat), consider a stay here at Baby Breezy Tree House. Here, you'll find all that you need in a peaceful setting including a well-equipped kitchenette with enough cookware and utensils for a quick meal and perfect for storing and reheating yesterday's leftovers. Enjoy sitting on the shuttered deck high above the trees where you can put some music on and chill out with one of the provided books, or come back inside to watch your favorite shows and movies on the cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Whether it be a quick trip or an extended stay, come climb the staircase and unwind awhile at Baby Breezy. We welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay with us on St Simon's Island.

Baby Breezy Tree House sits behind a larger beach cottage (currently occupied by the owner)–it's a short walk down a gravel driveway canopied by lots of foliage. You'll enjoy a great location with restaurants, a market, bike rentals, and the beach just a few steps away. St. Simons Island is your own little slice of paradise on the Atlantic Coast, and this home is right in the heart of it all! Walk just a few blocks east for shelling, swimming, and cycling on the beaches. Less than a mile away, visit the St. Simons Island Lighthouse and Museum for a fascinating history lesson, and don't miss Neptune Park, an oceanfront park with pools, water slides, and mini-golf. And when you're hungry, you'll find several restaurants within a mile of this home including Beachcomber BBQ & Grill, Porch for terrific Southern fare, and Mullet Bay for great seafood. You're also only a short walk from a local grocery store.

Very charming, host was very nice. Only thing I wish was different is a place to store either clothes or luggage. Double bed was really comfortable but small.But overall this is a very nice and charming place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The studio suite was as advertised, and the owners were quite nice. The booking process was a nightmare. The property was transferred from one management company to another while I was there, and the new management tried to cancel my reservation - in the evening, on Thanksgiving - two nights before my stay was to begin. It took hours of phone calls and texts, including to VRBO corporate, before they would honor the booking.I will never stay in a VACASA or CASAGO property again.

We were very disappointed in this unit. The location was the best part. The house was not very clean and the furniture was old. The bed was small (our feet hung off the end) and we roll into the center constantly. The property is so overgrown with bushes, trees and junk everywhere that made it not only an eyesore but they scratched at the outside and roof all night long. We had NO internet from day one. I contacted the mgmt company every evening upon our return and we finally had a connection on the last day. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

There wasn't a view of the beach but after the short walk to the beach it was stunning. All of the neighbors were friendly and the stores were convenient.

Cozy Cottage

Excellent location! We walked to the beach and dinner. The cottage was exactly as expected. Perfect for two! Overall, the cottage was clean. Our only complaint was the shower curtain was molded and held an odor. Great experience. We would definitely stay again!

Termite Swarm

On our Second night, we were swarmed by at least 30 termites. We sent a text message to the vacasa number that was sent to us regarding the issue and they said they would contact their "local team". There was nowhere to contact the host, as the contact host link on VRBO led to a VRBO rep who stated to contact the host, and Vacasas link went to a Vacasa rep. We decided to go home that night because the termites were swarming right next to, and on top of, the bed, which obviously makes it impossible to have an enjoyable nights rest. Added onto the possibility of taking them home. It has now been 3 days, with still no comment from the host about any possibility for a refund on the unused nights, and Vacasa has been no help in getting us in contact with the host or on a refund. I do not recommend you stay here for any reason whatsoever. Communications with the host is impossible and Vacasa is no better.

Charming!

This was the perfect accommodation for the solo traveler, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the beach, dining places, and the lighthouse. I loved the personal touches in the beautifully appointed apartment, including a great library. It was very clean and quiet. I hope to return here!

Cute, 2nd-story in the trees, studio. Hosts were great; the kind of people I would like to get to know if there was more time. Perfect for short stays; comfortable with everything in a small eccentric arty space. I have some questions about the management service since they are not onsite as with many bnb and vrbo rentals.
