The Space:
Please note that even with thorough cleaning, the bathroom tiles have permanent stains that may appear dirty, and the ceiling may show marks from previous repairs.
Noise policy: Guests must not disturb neighbors and must observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Pets are not allowed at this unit.
Austin can have bugs, especially during seasonal changes. While regular professional pest control is scheduled and service can be arranged if needed, occasional pests such as ants or roaches may appear.
Guests do not have access to mailboxes or package delivery.
Building management may perform maintenance or temporarily close shared amenities, including the pool or gym.
Basic starter supplies (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper) are provided; additional items for longer stays must be purchased by the guest.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
The Neighborhood:
The East Riverside area is near Downtown, South Congress (SoCo) and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on East Riverside you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Austin proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
