Keith and his property were great for our trip to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Overall we could not have found a better place which had easy access to restaurants and other services in a close proximity and a relatively short drive to Niagara Falls (23 mins).There was a minor issue with the listing referencing that there was a gym available, however after discussing with Keith it was determined that the posting was an older listing description as the owner for the larger property no longer supplies key fobs to the gym for short-term renters (Airbnb/VRBO). The host was quick to apologize for the communication and overall was not critical to the trip.The rental was very clean and easy to access. The check-in and out process was very smooth and simple for any traveler regardless of time of arrival.While for my family's trip it was not an issue there are a few items to add that could make the property even better for all future renters. - More towels in the bathrooms (there was two in each), this may add frustration for groups with longer stays. - Suggest providing samples for a few loads of wash including dryer sheets, this is a nice relatively cheap touch for guests with longer stays. - Limited cooking pans/pots/trays, for those which are not eating out most of their trip this would cause issues. - Add curtains to the bedrooms for better light management, this is a minor item but adds an extra touch of comfort for the morning as the mini-blinds block little overall.
