Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all indoor spaces, outdoor decks, and amenities. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and the peaceful backyard overlooking the Brittany Golf Course.

You will receive a smart lock access code and check-in instructions on the day of arrival for a smooth and secure entry.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM CT

Please note: Early check-ins and late check-outs likely cannot be accommodated.

Parking

• Two (2) dedicated covered parking spots directly in front of the unit for convenient and guaranteed parking.

If you would like access to Bella Vista community amenities, we can request a Guest Pass on your behalf.

Please notify us prior to arrival so we can arrange it before check-in.

Bella Vista offers hiking and biking trails, golf courses, lakes, pools, fitness centers, pickleball, and family recreation — all within easy reach of the townhome.

Guest Pass Information

If you would like access to Bella Vista community amenities, we can request a Guest Pass for you.

To issue the pass, please provide:
1. Full names of ALL guests in your group
2. Note: Guest passes are not required for hiking/biking trails or golf courses
3. Guest passes do not include free access — standard usage fees still apply at the facilities

Please request passes before arrival, as access is not granted without them.

Outdoor Pools (Memorial Day – Labor Day)
• Metfield Pool – closest to the townhome (~500 ft), family pool + wading pool
• Kingsdale Pool – adult pool, family pool + wading pool (~6 miles away)
• Typical Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Beach at Lake Avalon (Seasonal)

Features include:
• Sandy beach
• Swimming
• Stand-up paddleboard & kayak rentals
• Picnic areas

Important Reminder

You must have a Guest Pass and matching ID to use Bella Vista amenities that require access.
Please request passes in advance so they are ready for your stay.

For safety, no open-flame items are allowed indoors or outdoors, including: Candles, charcoal grills, fire pits, fireworks, sparklers, torches, oil or gas lamps, etc.

For guest safety, there is one exterior doorbell camera facing the entry.

Service Animals

To prepare for your stay, please let us know before arrival:

Service animal handlers are responsible for:
• Any property damage caused
• Maintaining control of the animal at all times
