The hideaway beach club is a construction zone. There are signs everywhere reminding you that this is a closed construction zone. This was not mentioned in the listing. The buildings are in disrepair and have not yet been repaired from the hurricane a couple years ago. There is trash and building materials everywhere. The unit we stayed in was freshly renovated. The beds were new and comfortable. The tvs were new. The accommodations are economy, no vents in the bathrooms, incomplete repairs to the deck, porch, patio, bathroom floors, etc. You are staying in an incomplete renovation. The stairs are loose and some ballisters are missing, not safe for small children if you have littles. The communal pool was clean and warm. The ants and bugs were terrible. Its Florida, but typically units receive pest control. I understand the financial incentive to get the place rented, however i would not recommend.
