Upon entering the main home, you will soon notice this charming abode has been remodeled by its current owners to provide you with the ultimate vacation spot. Delight yourself with a spacious open floor plan and impressive ocean views framed by the numerous windows in both living and dining rooms. The impressive living room invites you to spread out comfortably by the warmth of the riverstone natural wood-burning fireplace that anchors this space. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with your cooking skills and treat them to delicious homemade meals prepared in the chef's kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a built-in double oven and a double-door wine fridge. The home also boasts a rec area with a large smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. Things to Know

This home shares its property with a Studio Cottage, Perched on the Bluff-Casita; the two can be rented together as Perched on the Bluff-Main Home and Studio Cottage.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This property is located on an ocean bluff. Please use caution when near the bluff's edge.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



For security and peace of mind, this property has two exterior-only security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door of the main house, facing the entryway. Camera 2 is located at the top of the driveway on the garage, facing the gate and Casita parking area.
