The Space:

The heart of the home is a stunning living area featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls that bring the ocean right to your fireside. Beneath soaring wood beams and elegant chandeliers, you can relax by the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy a meal prepped in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. Highlighted by skylights and high-end finishes, the kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from morning coffee to elaborate coastal feasts. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms offer flexible space for families or small groups. Primary & Secondary Suites, both feature flickering gas fireplaces and direct views of the Pacific, allowing you to wake up to the sight of the horizon.The third guest room, a peaceful retreat with charming views of the garden courtyard. There are two full bathrooms feature premium fixtures to maintain the home’s modern, luxurious feel. Step outside onto the sprawling green property to breathe in the salt air. The expansive deck and patio are perfectly situated for afternoon barbecues or evening stargazing. After a day of exploring, sink into the private hot tub and watch the sunset over the ocean, an experience that defines coastal bliss.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.



This rental has an adjoining wall that leads to a guest house, please note it may be occupied during your stay.



Peace of Mind: For uninterrupted comfort, the home features a permanently installed standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, ensuring all amenities, including the hot tub and fireplaces, remain operational during any local power outages.



Connectivity: High-speed internet is provided. However, to fully embrace the tranquility of the headlands, please note that the rugged coastline can occasionally cause cell service and Wi-Fi to be spotty.



The Reserve: To preserve the delicate ecosystem of the State Natural Reserve and ensure your safety, we kindly ask that guests enjoy the views from within the gated yard and manicured lawn areas (the property line ends where the grass is cut).



EV Charging: This property does not support EV charging. Convenient public chargers are available just a short drive away in Fort Bragg.
