The Space:

You'll surely enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this home in Lincoln City! This property boasts a beautiful location close to the beach, an outdoor patio with a gas grill and dining area, and even a private hot tub to help you relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In this quiet neighborhood of Lincoln City, you can head over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access a quarter-mile west to find long stretches of sandy beach to explore in either direction. You'll also be close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment. Take a short drive three miles south to shop at the Lincoln City Outlets, or visit the Chinook Winds Casino less than a mile north, where you can even get in a round of golf.



Inside, this home includes a game room with a foosball table, as well as a separate studio with its own bathroom that creates an ideal setup for multiple or extended families.



Please note: The game room and the third bedroom with the second full bath are not connected to the main house and have a separate entrance through the garage. Please plan accordingly to ensure this layout fits your group’s needs. The door to access this separate space is located on the side of the garage.

House was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Location was very convenient and fit our family well.Only negative is having to go from the house to the mother in law suite, theres a slider that obviously can only be locked from one side so if you forget then you have to walk around. Wasn’t a deal breaker, would still rent again

The house was nice and fit our needs (the online photos did make the space look much larger than it actually was). The hot tub was nice to have and worked properly (although there was no instructions as to where the key was located and how to operate it). There was plenty of fridge space and parking, and the game room was nice to have.

The host was great with communication and checking in. It was disappointing that the hot tub didn’t work. The kitchen better equipped with drinking cups and mugs. Also no cozy blankets and the fire place didn’t work either.

Space was nice and clean. The separate space was fabulous but not well described in the booking details. This would be a fabulous place especially if you have a nice warm vacation. We were not able to turn on the heater outside by the hot tub.

Accurate listing on VRBO... all the posted details are accurate. The "mother in law room" was perfecr for our group, allowing the only married couple in our group stay ample privacy in the evening.Great location for walk to the beach or casino, and quick drive to supermarket.Ample parking, large hot tub, and spacious "game room" for playing cards intonthe evening.The kitchen was VERY well equipped, with a great stove, fridge, and well equipped to easily cook large meals.Communication was easy during the stay, and the local management team promptly and professionally replying to any questions or observations we had/shared.Would strongly recommend staying here.

All the rooms were clean and supplied with vacation necessities. bumper-pool was fun and we brought dice. Cards and foosball were there but we didn't have time. The hot tub was so nice.

Enjoyed our stay

My family and I had a great weekend! The house was perfect for us! We liked how it had a separate suite on the back side of the house with a 2nd kitchen! The hot tub was amazing too! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

We had the best time at this amazing house. Very clean with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach and lovely back patio with hot tub! Perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great Beach Access

Beach was close to the property you could hear the ocean. We had a few issues with stuff being broken but someone came quickly to fix it. Quiet location. Overall great place to stay.

Booked this with three of my girlfriends for a girls trip! The house was very clean when we arrived and there were lots of activities as advertised! We booked this property primarily because it had a hotub, however, when we arrived it was broken and we could not use it for our entire stay which was pretty disappointing for us. I can say that contacting the host to report this problem was relatively easy when using the helpline. The property manager arrived very quickly but unfortunately could not fix the problem. We were refunded an appropriate amount for the disappointment snd frustration this caused us. The water filter was almost 2 years overdue for a replacement so we had to buy water which was somewhat of an inconvenience. Overall the stay was good and host was communicative, but my review primarily reflects my disappointment of the inoperative hot tub which was our main reason for booking.
