As soon as you step inside this dreamy retreat, you'll have no trouble feeling right at home with beachy decor throughout, a spacious layout perfect for entertaining the whole family, and a gourmet kitchen complete with a gas range, a Keurig coffee maker, and all of the utensils needed for preparing tasty meals. Not to mention, the home boasts ocean views, a classic grey shake exterior, woodsy surroundings, a deck with a gas grill for summer cookouts, a private hot tub, and a firepit that's just the place to relax as the stars come out. After full days at the beach, there's no need to worry about the fun ending, as a foosball table awaits for some friendly competition, multiple flatscreen TVs are ready to host movie nights, and free high-speed WiFi will keep everyone connected with ease.



Within half a mile of the home, you'll find an access point to the ocean beach and the Agnes Creek Trailhead for morning walks. The famous Lincoln City Outlets (one mile), Devil's Lake State Recreation Area (two miles), the Chinook Winds Casino (four miles), and the Salishan Golf Links (six miles) are close by as well.

The house was comfortable, kids loved the hot tub and the bunk room was cute. However the kitchen only had bare necessities and the upstairs game room was not very impressive as the games were all missing pieces. We also had a lot of trouble getting the downstairs tv to stay connected to WiFi. We wonder if it’s damaged due to being above the fire place. Host was responsive but felt more transactional than friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious vacation house, perfect for our group of seven. The living room features a large, cozy sofa that made it easy for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything we needed. Each bedroom was generously sized, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Awesome stay!

This was a great place for our family! Clean, nice beds, Hot tub was perfect! We had a blast. Close to beach and outlets. We would definitely come back! A plus!!

Great fall storms

Girls Weekend Getaway

We came to Lincoln City for a much needed Mama weekend retreat. The house was so cute and clean! The beds are a little hard/stiff but loved the king beds for sharing and size of the house. The hot tub is clean and hot with a very relaxing views. This would also be a perfect house for brining the family too as there is a ton of games and bunks!

Our stay here was wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the house feels welcoming with bright, beachy colors. I loved the gas stove, hot tub, multiple bedrooms/baths, available standing fans, and how close to the beach it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach access stairs. Amenities were superb! I really wouldn’t change anything. If I had to, I would maybe provide a cooler blanket in the master bedroom as the one provided cooked us out one of the nights. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Nice get away.

Overall the store was wonderful. It was beautiful and cozy. Perfect space for everyone. I was surprised how many dishes there were for cooking. My husband who has to have his tv was very disappointed that it would not remain on. The WiFi kept disconnecting. That’s not a deal breaker for me. Be prepared to turn heat on immediately as none is on. Loved the game room and the bean bags. Perfect place to hang with your family.

Nice weekend getaway

Everything was great. We lost Wi-Fi which sucked because we were using to work remotely and we ended up having to use our hotspot all day. Also remotes or tv weren't working in kids room. Otherwise very enjoyable house.

Coastal bliss

We fully enjoyed our stay at The Turtle Nest! It had everything we needed to complete a wonderful family vacation other than the hot tub. Since the hot tub cover was on & secured with a lock, it’s obvious it wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. The keypad entry is overused & took some definite patience to lock & unlock! However these drawbacks didn’t overshadow an otherwise perfect property for our family! We loved everything else about our stay there & would definitely recommend for others considering this location!!

Great place to nest away and enjoy

A great property in a great location / neighborhood. Immediately you get the "beach house" vibe on arrival. The space is perfect for two adult couples and added children if you have them. Also pet friendly, which adds to your family attendees! We enjoyed every space from the front porch sitting enjoying morning coffee or afternoon wine, a great kitchen for cooking a few meals, fire pit and hot tub to round out all the places to hang. The two main rooms are good size and comfortable. Wifi works well for those having to do a bit of "work" while away. And the back green space allows you to feel all the PNW vibes. Close walk to beach access and easy access to Hwy 101. We'd definitely book this property again in the future.

Lovely House

This house is very cute and cozy. The kitchen and all the bathrooms were very clean. The upstairs bunk beds were a huge hit for our kids along with the game room. The back yard fire pit and hot tub were the perfect way to spend our evenings. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows to choose from. The rental binder provided clear instructions on how to use the tvs, WiFi, and the hot tub. The only things that I would encourage the home owners to improve on would be to replace the Keurig with a standard coffee maker, install refillable shampoo/conditioner shower dispensers to remove the waste of hotel-sized single-use products, and to shampoo the kitchen stools' cushions.

My stay at turtle bay

Very Beautiful Place. It was Supposed to be a trip for myself and 2 others. But My fiends grandson had a siezer and had to leave the first day but I got to enjoy all the amenities this place offered. The hot tub was so amazing. The trails behind the place was calming and my little fur baby loved it. The place had almost everything you could use, linens (even extras),kitchen utensils,dishes,game room,washer and dryer, pretty much everything. I would go back to the same place even. There was a play yard across the street was pretty cool. I couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work called them and they were there in a couple minutes

Not so much

Arrived to home extremely filthy. Spent 1.5 hours cleaning house. Contacted Vacasa, they were willing to send cleaning company out but it was to late. Home had a dirty feel to it after the clean up. Vacasa was responsive and understanding while trying to resolve. Amenities were mostly accurate. Wouldn’t stay again.

Not Clean

The property was in ok shape- definitely a vacation home that has been very used. Large stains on the couches were gross. We knew it was a pet friendly home. Which isn't a problem- we are dog owners. I'm not a stranger to dog hair. We didn't bring our dog with us this trip. However- the amount of dog hair at this property was overwhelming. So much so that my allergies were horrible- my eyes burned from the large amounts of hair and dander. The stairs and banister were covered in dog hair and dust. The couch was caked in dog hair and the throw pillows. I did my best to vacuum and wipe down everything. It was still so bad. I'm so glad I checked the Master bed before bedtime- it was covered in black dog hair. The white sheets, and the pillow cases- all covered so we had to do a wash before bed. The vacasa app sent a message to see how check in was and if we needed anything. We told them about the state of the property- A robot response said " ok thanks". It was actually comical. Just be wary if staying at a Vacasa property that getting a human to respond will not be an option. We stayed at an Olivia Beach property-same area -later in the week and the property was SO much cleaner. No dog hair to be seen(a dog friendly property).
